# Can I add custom fields to my booking forms?

### Hey Boss 👋

For all **Appointments**, **Services** & **Products** the default fields that appear are Full Name, and Email Address.

### Need more info about your customers other than the default fields?

If you'd like to request additional information from your users/customers on your booking we added the ability to add specific fields like:

* Phone number fields.
* Checkboxes (which are great for agreeing to terms and conditions or GDPR).
* File upload,
* URLs and more.

### If you prefer a written guide, here's how 🫡

1. From your top menu, click **Booking Pages**, then select **Appointment** or **Products and Services** whichever you want to modify.
2. Click the **three dots icon** of the appointment/product/service, then on **Edit**.
3. Once you're in the general settings page, select **Custom Fields** in the left sidebar menu. From there, you can add as many specific questions from your clients.
