# Can I have my recurring event use the same Zoom meeting ID each time?

### Hey Boss 👋

If you want to use the same meeting ID on Zoom for all of you recurring events you want to make sure to do the following:

You would need to add Zoom link to the success message rather than have a new one generated. I.e do not select "create Zoom meeting" in your settings.

### This is how you do it 😉

1. Select **Appointment** or **Services** by clicking on **Booking Pages** from the top menu.
2. Navigate to the general settings of your chosen product/service by clicking on the **three dot icon**, then on **Edit**.
3. Once you're on the general settings page, scroll down to find Meeting Location. Make sure the setting is set to None.

4. Add the meeting ID to your **Success Message** text box and that info will be included with every email that goes out related to the recurring events.
5. Don't forget to save your changes.
