# How do I refund a client who has paid via Stripe?

### Hey Boss 👋

When you need to refund a client after they have booked with you and paid through Stripe you can refund them directly through Stripe. Log in to your Stripe account and follow the instructions there. No need to do anything on the BLAB website.
