# What should I do if a referral doesn’t track correctly or a sale isn’t reflected in my affiliate dashboard?

### Hey Boss 👋

If you notice that a referral or sale hasn't tracked correctly, don't worry! We'll manually assign it to you.

### Steps to resolve a missed referral or sale 🤔

1. Reach out to us via the Intercom chat widget.

Provide the following details:
* **Your referee's first and last name**
* **The email address that your referee used to sign up to Book Like A Boss**
* **Your affiliate account email**

Once we have that, we’ll manually assign the reward to your account on your behalf.
