# Why aren't my clients receiving Zoom links?

If you are wondering why your clients may not be receiving the Zoom meeting links in their confirmation emails- make sure to check the following items.

1) Make sure that you integrated your Zoom account under the **Integrations** tab.

2) When editing your appointment or service, scroll to the bottom of your settings and make sure 'Zoom' is selected under **Meeting Location**:

Now your clients will receive a unique meeting link in their confirmation and reminder emails!
