# Will my clients receive a calendar invite?

### Hey Boss 👋

Yes! When your clients place a booking they will automatically receive a calendar invite to the calendar associated with their email address.

This will help climate missed bookings and streamline our already streamlined process!

### This is how the email will look 👀

Your client will receive an email containing:
* A way of adding the **Appointment** to their calendar
* The booking's information, with the ability to **Cancel** or **Reschedule **if needed
* An .ics file to download in case the want to import the **Appointment **manually into their calendar

That's it, now you know you can relax because your client will have the option to contact you after they've made their booking.
