How do I cancel a booking?

Hey Boss 👋

There are two different ways to cancel bookings placed with you in Book Like A Boss. Check out this video to see how it's done, or read the instructions below the video.

1) Cancel Booking via confirmation emails 💌

Both you and your client may cancel your booking via the confirmation email you each received after the booking was placed.

2) Cancel Booking within the platform ❌

As a Boss, you may also cancel any bookings placed with you when logged into Book Like A Boss:

1. Click on Bookings from the top navigation bar, then select Orders.
2. Under Orders, click the eye (👁️‍🗨️) icon on the far-right end of the booking to open the order.
3. Click the red Cancel button.

Your client will be notified via email of the cancellation.
