How do I set up automatic SMS reminders?

By default, SMS reminders and notifications are not automated, but you can automate them to be sent with each of your bookings.

Let me walk you through it 😎

To set up your SMS reminder notifications and email notifications:

1. From the top menu, click on Booking Pages, then select either Appointments or Services.

2. Navigate to the appointment or services settings by clicking the three dots icon, and select Edit.
3. Once you're in the general settings, click on Reminders from the left sidebar menu.

4. Click on + New Reminder and set up the reminder notifications per your specifications.

5. When you're finished, hit Save and you're all set!
