How to set up group classes

So you're offering group lessons and need to book several people in the same time slot? Whether you're teaching classes, hosting workshops, or scheduling team sessions, these steps will help you efficiently manage multiple participants and streamline your booking process.

Use this guide to easily configure group bookings 😉

Click on Booking Pages from the top menu, then Products and Services.
Click + New Service. Give your package a title and description.
Select Session Pack and click Save.

Select the Maximum Number of Participants

Adjust the maximum number of participants to allow more than one person to book the same time slot. Keep it at 1 for solo bookings.

And that's it! Your group lessons are now set up, allowing multiple participants to book the same time slot. This will help you efficiently manage and conduct group sessions.
